Bradford Assay Data Processing

You've probably reached this page because you tried to access the HistoSoft online Bradford Assay processing application. This is an online web subscription service that requires an account. Once you have registered (which takes only a few moments and is processed immediately) and thus created your account, you'll be able to log in and process your data input.

We offer discounts to our services based upon the duration of one's subscription. We may offer a more customized discount rate for those wishing to subscribe for a more extended service, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Should you be interested in such modified rates, please contact HistoSoft Sales. Currently, we have three, tiered discount rates:

No Discount - FREE Trial with subsequent biweekly billing after trial period terminates
10% Discount - Three (3) months
20% Discount - Six (6) months
40% Discount - Twelve (12) months

Each of these subscriptions allows for the creation of an unlimited number of experimental reports. Whether your lab needs but two or three Bradford assay reports per day or a hundred, our application will handle your needs.

INSTRUCTIONS: Purchase of a subscription to this service allows the subscriber unlimited data processing for as long as the subscription is maintained. To view the section you have just selected, you need to login, or subscribe if you have not previously done so.

USE OF THE SERVICE BY YOU: All users are required to provide accurate information when it is requested (such as name and/or e-mail address). Your right to use the Service is personal to you - you may not authorize others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all use of the Service through your account, your equipment, or your facilities. The Service may not be outsourced to another party at any time. Use of the subscriber's password to access the online subscription by anyone other than the subscriber, whether or not authorized by the subscriber, will entitle HistoSoft to cancel the online subscription without further notice.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any, and all, account ID(s) and password(s) utilized to access HistoSoft websites. The user is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the created/assigned account ID(s) and password(s). The user agrees to contact HistoSoft immediately regarding any unauthorized use of account ID(s) or password(s). (More information about security may be reviewed under our 'Privacy Policy'.)

BILLING AND CANCELLATION: When you first register, you may use our trial services for free for a period of 14 days. You may cancel at anytime during this period AND WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Your billing period begins the 15TH day day you sign up for your subscription. If the service does not include a trial period, billing begins immediately upon subscription and payment must be made before access will be granted. Please note that your subscription will be automatically renewed and your account charged at the beginning of each new subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the account link at the top of most HistoSoft website pages (www.histosoft.com or www.myhistosoft.com) or on the subscription pages. Refunds to an enabled subscription WILL NOT be honored automatically. Only under unusual circumstances (determined by HistoSoft) will this be considered; further, HistoSoft maintains sole discretion of determining if a refund is warranted and the amount or time of any granted waiver.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT TERMS: PayPal(R) serves as our current online billing service so their terms dictate payments made to HistoSoft. You should review their policies before making any online payment. Subscription payments are automatically billed to the user's registered credit card on a recurring basis corresponding to the user's subscription registration date.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES: HistoSoft may provide links to third party sites. HistoSoft does not control the linked sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, any links contained within a linked site, or any changes or updates to linked sites. HistoSoft is providing these links to the user only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by HistoSoft of the site. If the user decides to leave our website and access these third party sites, the user does so at their own risk.

UPDATES TO TERMS: HistoSoft reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time without prior approval of its members. HistoSoft will attempt to notify subscribers of changes to the stated terms by submitting an email to the member's email address of record. The digitally posted terms present on the website will be considered current and may be reviewed at any time by the subscriber.

DISCLAIMER: The Service is provided to you AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. HistoSoft (HistoSoft Corporation) makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, and without limitation, with regard to the quality, safety, contents, performance, merchantability, non-infringement or suitability for any particular or intended purpose of the Software found on the HistoSoft web sites.
